Application:

Graphite rigid insulating boards in PAN rigidized felt or Rayon sliced foam are used insulation for vacuum & protective atmosphere process furnaces.

The boards are easily cut or machined to size to fit both square and round hot zones.

The boards can be machined into complex shapes and made to print in large sizes

Surfaces & cut edges can be sealed using our Graphite Coating.

Repairs and connections are made using one of our family of Graphite Adhesives.

Graphite foil added to the surface or layered in the board increases radiant heat retention significantly as wellas reduces issues with furnace contaminent containment 

Foil helps decrease pump down times and increase longevity of the insulation.

Similarly, CFC covering on the boards gives durability, impact & wear resistance.

Features:

Carbon Boards (1200ºC heat treated) are rigidized PAN long fiber felt.

Only Stocked in 60in x 40in x all thickness on Pricing sheet with foil on 2 sides. Raw and one sided carbon board has a 1-3 week lead time.

Graphite Boards (2000ºC heat treated) are shaved Rayon foam stocking in (60 x 40in) & (52 x 24in) size with foil on 1 side for shipping in 1 week.

Boards can be lined (covered) on one or both sides with;

Graphite foil (0.015 in. thick) = add $50 per side.

CFC (carbon-fiber-composite) (0.030 in. thick) = add $250 - $450 per side.

Board thickness capability up to 20 in. thick

High temperature heat treatment up to 2600°C & halogen purification available. Priced at time of quote.

Rigidized felt has courser fiber & so better for oxidation resistance & heat treating vacuum furnace or hot pressing applications.

Product Description Our graphite crucible is made from selective raw material, and added into anti oxidation composition .It  has many advantages,widely used in melting Aluminum,Copper,Gold,Silver etc.

The Exhaust gas dispose equipment applied to effective protect the operator from the bad smelling poisonous gas and protect our environment as well.

 

The incinerator use the heat from auxiliary fuel to increase the temperature of flammable noxious gas and when it reach to reactive temperature the oxidative decomposition will happen, then the spray absorbing tank will remove the toxic content from the gas and finally the purified clean gas exhaust to the atmosphere.

Application:

Since high amounts of electricity can generate a tremendous amount of heat, an entire induction system is water-cooled. We offer a variety of water cooling towers, fluid coolers and chillers ideal for cooling the water as it recirculates through your induction system. We will provide you with the best water cooling solution for ensuring that the power supplies, coils and furnaces in your induction system are being properly water cooled so that your induction equipment remains at safe temperatures during operation.

 

 

Working principle:

● Closed wet evaporative type cooling tower is the combination of cooler and wet cooling tower. The inside tube flow water and outside flow water formed a closed cycle without connection and this method used for all kinds of cooling system require high quality of water.

● The water in the tank pumped out by the recycle pump and then spray down by the cooler. The heat exchange happen between the outside water and inside tube water and with the help of evaporation of water below the tube, the heat transfer effect are greatly enhanced.

 

Features:

●Increased productivity, with softened water recycle added, there is no scaling, no blockage, no waste.

●Full closed type recycle with no impurities, no medium evaporation and no pollution.

Installation:

● Closed type cooling tower are proper to be installed in the rainproof shelter or indoor room which have good ventilation condition with outside environment. The space of exhaust air must more than 2m.

● For the equipment room which don’t have good ventilation, we suggest to add wind tunnels to exhaust the hot air from the furnace to the outdoor.

● For the equipment installed at outdoor, please add antifreezing solution to the water tank or spray water tank when the temperature is below 0 in the winter.
