With excitement and expectation, after an hour of happy journey, the workers who participated in team-building successfully arrived at the outdoor base. Before start, in order to further enhance the communication between workers, CX-Induction workers broke through the departmental restrictions and formed 3 teams to carry out challenging and interesting activities. Each team elects their captain, make team name and slogan, actively prepare but also competes, the scene is full of laughter and happiness. During the event, the members of each team cooperated closely, demonstrating efficient and consistent execution, also demonstrating unity and cooperation team spirit. Subsequently, Company leaders awarded certificates to outstanding workers. This award shows the style of outstanding workers by encouraging advanced models, promotes the company's corporate culture, increases the sense of belonging of all workers, enhances the cohesion of the company, and encourages morale .
