Carbon Fiber Carbon Tube Graphitization Furnace
The fiber carbon tube graphitization furnace is a high-performance intelligent electric furnace in the special carbon material industry (if process allows, the equipment may be used for other industries), which is developed by technicians of our factory to digest and absorb internationally advanced temperature measurement technology, temperature control technology, intelligent technology, new material technology and hearth design technology.
The equipment is applied to sintering and graphitization of carbon materials, sintering of carbon fiber ropes, sintering and graphitization of carbon fiber filaments and other materials which can be sintered and melted under the carbon environment.
The equipment is the super-high temperature furnace within 2,500°C and can completely meet requirements of various materials on sintering and graphitization.
A digital-display intelligent temperature control system is adopted, the temperature measurement and the temperature control are full-automatically done in high precision, and the system can raise the temperature according to the set temperature rise curve and can store 20 different process heating curves (total 400 segments).
Adopting an internal circulation pure water cooling system, a digital flow rate monitoring system, a high-performance medium-frequency contactor for changing the furnace body and a complete PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system .
